VietJet has launched its new and innovative product “Power Pass” offering its holders unlimited flights within Vietnam. This, of course, comes with its own terms and conditions though.
This move is in line with the company’s effort to revive its business after experiencing a severe drop in bookings due to travel restrictions
So, What’s the Actual Offering?
VietJet is currently offering two types of Power Pass:
POWER PASS Sky6, priced at VND 8,999,000 (29,500 INR Approx.)
- Unlimited domestic Vietnam flights until September 30th, 2020
- Free base fare ticket
- Free 15kg checked baggage & 7kg carry-on baggage
- Priority booking 72 hours before a departure date
- Flexible and cost-saving policy for flight changes
POWER PASS Sky12, priced at VND 16,999,000 (55,500 INR Approx.)
- Unlimited domestic Vietnam flights until March 31st, 2021
- Free base fare ticket
- Free 15kg checked baggage & 7kg carry-on baggage
- Priority booking 72 hours before a departure date
- Flexible and cost-saving policy for flight changes
These passes can be used nearly 300 green flights everyday covering 45 routes withing the country.
Airline is also offering Unlimited Schedule changes for Additional VND 100,000 (330 INR Approx.)
The Stars to the Deal (*)
- The Cost only covers the Base fare. i.e. any taxes, fees or any add-on services need to be paid additionally.
- Passes are currently available with a Discount of upto 50% on the cost without VAT
- Bookings falling the period of Lunar New year are not covered in this pass.
