Changi Airport to Suspend T4 Operations To Cut Expenses.

Related

Changi Airport will suspend its Terminal 4 Operations from May 16th, following a similar decision to suspend services at Terminal 2 earlier this month. This decision is the part of continuing efforts to consolidate and further optimise the resources in view of the sharp decline in travellers movement caused due to the global Covid-19 pandemic.

The Airport has seen a 99.5 percent drop in travellers in the month of April. Cathy Pacific and Korean Air, which currently operate out of Terminal4, will move their operations to Terminal

All the stores and restaurants in Terminal4 will also remain closed. The shuttle service connecting T3 and T4 will also remain suspended. For how long the suspension of services will continue, will depend on the demand of air travel and airlines requiring to relaunch flights, said Changi Airport Group
