To enhance the skills of tourism professionals in India, TAAI has signed up with LVG Learning to provide destination learning, soft skill and business skill development programmes along with networking opportunities for its members. All the programmes will be provided free of cost to TAAI members and their teams.
Ms Jyoti Mayal, President Travel Agents Association Of India, said “We are very happy to announce at TAAI that we have signed up with LVG for Learning. I think learning plays a very important role and after this COVID-19. We will be needing to upskill, skill and upscale.
“I think it is essential that these tie-ups come into place for our members at large and their staff to whom they can encourage to learn more to deliver more business when times come, and the world opens to tourism.
“Tourism is a very important part of the country’s economy, and I think it needs a push, proper guidance, and restructuring, this is what we are here together to offer. This is a platform where you can network with DMC’s NTO’s and agents from those countries and with their credibility in place, I am sure we will be doing great businesses.”
