Fully Vaccinated Passengers from India Can Now Travel To The US

Related

The US has lifted all travel restrictions for fully vaccinated non-citizens and non-immigrant travellers entering the country from 8 November, with limited exceptions. This was announced by the White House last month.

They need to show proof of their vaccination and a negative Covid test result before departure.

The airlines will have to match the name and date of birth in the vaccination certificates of the travellers to confirm that the same person has boarded the plane.

Since March 23, 2020, no scheduled international flights were permitted in India due to the pandemic. But under bilateral arrangements, special air bubbles were created with around 28 countries since July 2020, for operating limited special international flights with certain restrictions.
