On September 15, online travel aggregator Yatra Online will commence its initial public offering (IPO).

The initial public offering (IPO) will include a fresh issue of shares worth INR 602 Cr and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1,21,83,099 equity shares.

The company intends to use INR 150 Cr of the proceeds from the new offering for strategic investments, acquisitions, and inorganic growth, while INR 392 Cr will be allocated for investments in customer acquisition and retention, technology development, and other organic growth endeavours.
